Hello,
I have alsa 1.0.14, kubuntu gutsy 7.10. I have an
internal microphone which definitely works as I can
hear myself speaking. But for some reason arecord or
any recording program cannot record sound.
arecord -f cd file.wav creates an empty wave file of
44bytes.
arecord -l lists two capture devices (Which I assume
are internal mic and external mic-jack)
Can anyone help me to record sound. I searched ubuntu
forums and looks like a lot of people are facing
problems with recording ...
