Hi list,
I have troubles with my sound card Aureal Vortex 8820, the driver works
correctly when I play two songs simultanously with the following command:
$ alsaplayer -d plug:dmix song.mp3
But when I play a song without '-d plug:dmix' option or with mpd or even
Flash Player the song plays fast forward, it seems my default type is not
dmix whereas I set it as default in my file /etc/asound.conf :
### start
pcm.dsp0 {
type plug
slave.pcm "dmix"
}
ctl.mixer0 {
type hw
card 0
}
pcm.!default {
type dsp0
}
### end
My kernel version is a 2.6.30-ARCH and I use alsactl version 1.0.20.
