Hi,
I have a got a new US-122L and I am trying to get it to work with Ubuntu
and also Gentoo.
Linux 2.6.32-24-generic
Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.20.
My success goes as far that it shows up under cards:
$ cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [Intel ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel
HDA Intel at 0xee240000 irq 17
1 [US122L ]: USB US-122L - TASCAM US-122L
TASCAM US-122L (644:800e if 0 at 001/002)
But does not really qualify as an audio device (?):
$ cat /proc/asound/devices
2: : timer
3: : sequencer
4: [ 0- 1]: digital audio playback
5: [ 0- 0]: digital audio playback
6: [ 0- 0]: digital audio capture
7: [ 0- 0]: hardware dependent
8: [ 0] : control
9: [ 1- 0]: hardware dependent
10: [ 1- 0]: raw midi
11: [ 1] : control
Is the US-122L supposed to be supported as an audio device?
Thanks in advance,
Kilian
