I'm trying to run function Alsa driver on Ubuntu Trusty Lxde. With Debian Squeeze and Ubuntu Lucid Lxde Alsa function very well, but don't with Ubuntu Trusty Lxde with kernel 3.13.xx This Ubuntu Trusty is installed from minimal.iso: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/mini.iso The hardware is: 00:1f.5 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation 82801DB/DBL/DBM (ICH4/ICH4-L/ICH4-M) AC'97 Audio Controller (rev 03) 00:1f.6 Modem: Intel Corporation 82801DB/DBL/DBM (ICH4/ICH4-L/ICH4-M) AC'97 Modem Controller (rev 03) I Ask you what the problem could be?
