Hello, The backward binary compatibility report for the ALSA library is now included to the Linux ABI Tracker project: http://abi-laboratory.pro/tracker/timeline/alsa/
One can find a history of API/ABI changes down to 1.0.9 version of the library on the page. The report is updated every other day. Hope it will be helpful for users and maintainers of the library.
