Host a FREE Volunteer Training session with Softball Ontarios CSAP Workshops!
NORTH YORK, ONTARIO- Softball Ontario is looking for hosts to provide FREE Certified Softball Administrator Program (CSAP) Workshops in communities across Ontario! The free workshops are supported by a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, and are only available for a limited time. CSAP Workshops are currently available for the following topics: Conflict Management Risk Management Marketing & Promoting Your Association 101 Association Management: Learning About Your Community Generating Revenue: Sponsorship Generating Revenue: Fundraising Generating Revenue: Grants Softball Ontario is also looking to pilot the following new CSAP Workshops this summer: Web Site Management Special Event Management Volunteer Management Participation in a CSAP Workshop will not only provide valuable training to your Associations volunteers, but it will also allow you to network with volunteers from other Softball Associations, and your volunteers certification will count towards your Associations rating in the Softball Association Fundamental Excellence (SAFE) Star Program. Interested Hosts will receive a FREE CSAP Workshop, which will include: A trained Learning Facilitator Up to $250 towards the Facility Cost Up to $100 towards the cost of Refreshments for Participants A CSAP Binder and Workbook for each Participant ($25 value) A free 2GB SAFE Star USB Drive A limited number of free CSAP Workshops are available; to express your interest in hosting a Certified Softball Administrator Program Workshop or you have any questions, contact Lisa Crompton via telephone at (416) 426-7150 or via email at lcromp...@softballontario.ca.
