The OASA Championship, Great Lakes tournament, New Dundee Ontario


Kitchener-Waterloo won, Kitchener lost and Palermo Hammered the 
Wellington  Sox in opening night play at Doug Fischer Park in New Dundee
site of the OASA Intermediate championship.

Game 1

Ryan French WP, 7 Iinnings...allowed 0 runs, on 3 hits 9 Ks and 2 walks, 
Alan Phibbs caught

Mike Pullen  LP,  7 innings on 7 earned runs, allowed 8 hits., K'd 4 
Cubs and  walked 4, Willy Wills caught

For the Cubs...Bob Gillow went 4 for 4 at the plate scored 3 
runs...Grant Baechler made an awesome diving catch behind 1st base in 
the 4th....

Justin Crown 2B, diving play and made a great play to  first to throw 
out the runner.
