[altusmetrum] Igniter voltages

I’ve noticed that the AltOSUI documentation says that main and apogee igniter 
voltage needs to be 3.2v to get a ‘GO’ status. I’ve noticed that it is 3.5v on 
my Mac and iPhone to get a ‘GO’ status. Which is correct? I don’t know if the 
acceptable value is device dependent but if so I’m using a TeleMetrum v1.2.
