The apogee match was burned.  Why would the apogee battery voltage not dip
if it fired at apogee.  I looked at some of my other flight with different
telemetrums,  and they all showed the apogee voltage dipping when the drogue
fired.

Urf. That does not look like any fun at all.

I'd bet the violent activity when the main deployed just shook things around
enough to make it look like the apogee charge did something. Was the ematch
burned? If so, I'd bet it burned at apogee but failed to make anything
happen and the shaking caused it to go momentarily open at main time.
