It looks like you are going through a firewall with Network Address Translation enabled.
This error is being returned to the server by the client, because the outbound port from the server to the client is above 1024.
I have seen several solutions for this on the list:
1. Disable or go around the NAT (usually with a VPN or tunnel)
2. Move the Server or Client so that they're on the same side of the firewall.
3. Patch the Client to not perform the 'secure port' check.
I have listed these option in the order I would recommend, but I Am Not An AMANDA Expert.
