Amanda fails to build: amoverview

I just got around to installing Amanda-2.4.2 stable unfortunately I can't
get it to build on FreeBSD 4.11.  The following error is reported:

make: don't know how to make amoverview. Stop
*** Error code 1

Any help would be appreciated
