This should be a really simple one... I've searched e-groups but I don't think the
search behaves as I think it should - or maybe it's me, anyway...
I've got an amanda server which is running fine. But, I want to change the dumpcycle
and runspercycle for a nicer fit into our working week, and tape delivery schedule.
If I simply change the parameters in amanda.conf, will my server cease to work
correctly? And more importantly, will my indexing continue to work?
Or is it better to start a new config and wipe the old one once the tapecycle has
completed?
