That's usually the wrong question. Amanda (in general) interfaces
with other software that knows how to move the robot. Do you have that
software (sometimes called mtx, or chio, but it is highly OS dependent
and may be something specific to your device)? If so, one of the Amanda
changers can either work "out of the box" or be made to work or it's
pretty easy to write one from scratch.
If it's a SCSI device, you may be able to use the new chg-scsi changer
with 2.4.2 that talks directly to such devices.
In general, it's pretty hard to find a device Amanda can't control one
way or another.
