There is no --with-libsmbclient option to ./configure with Amanda.
What were you trying to accomplish?

That's not the right syntax any more. It's documented in docs/SAMBA,
and I just cleaned up the docs some more, but the syntax is now:
<share> <pc-user>%<pc-password> [<workgroup>]
