I had my first tape failure last night while it was doing a level 1 backup.
It seems there was too much stuff for the tape to store. However, the
holding disk is completely empty. The results of the dump are:

FAILURE AND STRANGE DUMP SUMMARY:
host.name /export/ext_raid lev 1 FAILED [out of tape]
host.name /export/ext_raid lev 1 FAILED ["data write: Connection reset by
peer"]
host.name /export/ext_raid lev 1 FAILED [dump to tape failed]

What is the normal procedure to follow from here? Thanks in advance!
