error message with chg-scsi

Hello,      I have been using amanda on this system for about 2 months and all has been working graet until today. I ran these commanda today and this was the result.....     1)   bash-2.05a$ /usr/sbin/amtape DailySet1 reset amtape: could not reset changer: <error> could not read result from "/usr/lib/amanda/chg-scsi" (got signal 11)   2)   bash-2.05a$ /usr/sbin/amcheck DailySet1 Amanda Tape Server Host Check ----------------------------- amcheck-server: could not get changer info: <error> could not read result from "/usr/lib/amanda/chg-scsi" (got signal 11)   Amanda Backup Client Hosts Check -------------------------------- Client check: 1 host checked in 0.019 seconds, 0 problems found   (brought to you by Amanda 2.4.2p2) 3)   bash-2.05a$ /usr/lib/amanda/chg-scsi -reset Segmentation fault Could somebody please help me out so that I can get my backups working again.
