Amanda 2.4.1p1 server with krb4 stuff, on a NetBSD 1.5ZC machine. (yes, we're going to upgrade, but not just yet.)
We've been getting these errors occassionly. We got similar errors on on /amanda0 previous version of NetBSD (DUMP: bread: lseek fails).
