Did it say "error", or maybe "warning", or "note" or ???

Ususally this is not cause for aborting a dump.  It means that
one file that changed may not be valid in the dump.

What does that mean?  When you talk to your auto mechanic
you don't say "doesn't work", you explain the symptoms
and the noises it makes.  Do the same for us.
