Quiet? Methinks you meant 'quite' since the installation of amanda
from the latest tarball snapshot does not normally make any noise
here. My fingers make those sorts of mistakes all the time. :-)
I could add as excuse that I meant: you're not expected to curse
and swear or banging your head on the keyboard waking up your neighbours
during amanda compilation. The compilation phase is quiet *and* easy.
