So you had those two modules loaded/compiled-in in all your kernel-configs? Does it work now wihout them and with which Kernel-releases? AS> Anyway here's the diff from 2.6.5-rc1 to 2.6.5-rc2: AS> --- rc1/linux-2.6.5/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_amanda.c AS> 2004-04-04 05:37:36.000000000 +0200 AS> +++ rc2/linux-2.6.5/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_amanda.c ..... I am too less of a kernel-hacker to comment this diff. Maybe someone who uses it will tell us more. I only see this: > .../Kernel_Sourcen/2.6 # diff -ru > ./linux-2.6.4/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_amanda.c > ./linux-2.6.5/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_amanda.c > .../Kernel_Sourcen/2.6 # Does using a firewall-module make sense if your AMANDA-server is equal to your AMANDA-client? -- best regards, Stefan Stefan G.
