Currently running Amanda 2.5.2p1 on solaris 10.
The server is setup and I have 1 client working correctly. However, when
I try to add another client it is timing out on the check.

However my /tmp/client directory is empty.

These dumps were to tape EGV002.
The next tape Amanda expects to use is: EGV002.
