Nope -- many of Amanda's internals are changing from version to version. If you have scripts that depend on such things, you'd probably be best served by keeping abreast of new releases, rather than waiting. Also, there's a rather flexible C module for analyzing the holding disk. If it would help, I'd be happy to talk about SWIGging that into perl, allowing your script to interface with it directly.
