Right -- if you're doing 14 backups (2 weeks, every day), you're not going to fit that on 12 tapes. You need 15 tapes. Furthermore, it looks like you don't have enough holding-disk space: > FAILED [no more holding disk space] which is causing your dumps to go straight to tape, which isn't very efficient.
