TK's suggestion is a good one. If you'd like to translate the manpages themselves and commit that to the source tree, that's also a great idea. However, I don't have the first idea how one would go about doing so, so you'd have to figure that out. We're also open to translation of the applications themselves. There is some support for this built into teh C code (it uses gettext), although the new perl is not yet localized.
