Every days run: amdump CONF -otpchanger= -otapedev= -oreserve=0
To flush to tape: amflush CONF

This is suitable for us, because we have no-changer tape drive and is
borring to replace 1-2 tapes every day for storing (and it's posible
to make mistakes)
