Hi amanda users,

I'm running a Solaris 10 sparc system with amanda 2.6.1.
The server only has itself as a client.

We have been running fairly well but have noticed that the
level 1 dumps are virtually identical in size to the level 0
dumps.

These dumps are gtar using zfs snapshots and the result doesn't
make much sense. I'd understand if we where updating database
files in place (Oracle or LNotes) but these are just numerous
relatively small files on samba shares.

Could we be missing something in our config that allows tracking
of levels, or could samba be inaproriately updating time stamps
on files ?

                                        thanks for your input,

                                        Brian
