Most mailing lists attach a link to the bottom of every message, some have that link in the headers that most folks turn off the viewing of. This lists mail server does neither. so I looked around at amanda.org, and found the mailing lists link at: <http://www.amanda.org/support/mailinglists.php> and follow the instructions there exactly, and which must be done from the same address you used when you originally subscribed.
