I’m testing out AMVAULT for eventually copying some LTO2 tapes to LTO5 (with VTAPES in between).
With this command: amvault --src-timestamp YYYYMMDDHHMMSS --fulls-only --dst-changer XXX --label-template “lbl%” dailyCONFIG and comparing the list of DLEs with the DLEs in the related log file (well — the TapeLable.toc file created from it) <here’s the actual question> it seems to have skipped a 3 DLEs which has since been removed from the disk list? It won’t just copy the whole tape for me? I guess I’d better put the disk list back the way it used to be, if that’s the case. Deb Baddorf Fermilab
