I am very glad to announce that Phonon is now using the new KDE infrastructure centered around Git. Also all backends that previously resided in the Phonon source itself are now in separate repositories.
One can now find the project information on the Phonon project page [1], my blog also gives some additional information [2]. If you should have any questions please do not hesitate to ask one of the nice people in the #phonon IRC channel or on the kde-multimedia mailing list. Please also keep in mind that the new repository is not compatible [3] with the previous one from Gitorious.
