2.3.2-pre3 is a preview of the 2.3.2 release, which is expected to be released next week. It is available at:

It fixes a few issues over 2.3.2-pre1, most importantly the Courier and qmqpqq patch, LHA decoding, and folds-in a substantial LDAP code change by Michael Hall, which brings LDAP code more in line with recent changes in SQL code, hopefully transparently to the user.
