Sure, just configure your Postfix to do canonical mapping where
you like it (before or after the content filter). See README.postfix
and search for:
  TO DO 'VIRTUAL ALIAS' MAPPING AND OTHER CLEANUP PROCESSING
  BEFORE OR AFTER CONTENT FILTERING?
