That's not true. The last release "seems" to be from 2003 because up to now I used the release-management of sourceforge not correctly. Looks like Howard has done it right in his last update a few days ago. I'm mainting the debian package of arc and I have fixed the latest security issues in arc. So you can't say that arc is dead.
