Content filter has no influence over what addresses it gets from MTA.
If you need virtual alias maping before or after a content filter,
you will have to change your Postfix settings.

Certainly. Do content filtering before mail enters mailman,
then configure mailman to insert its fan-out mail directly
to Postfix on port 10025, so it won't be filtered again.
