Well, I removed the following rules:
BLACKLIST => /etc/spamassassin/blacklist.cf
SARE_WHITELIST => /etc/spamassassin/70_sare_whitelist.cf
Now my Amavisd-new Memory/Swap usages has dropped drastically from
150MB down to 15MB roughly.
