I didn't see that discussion, but try manually upscoring all the
HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_* and HTML_SHORT_LINK_IMG_* rules in the SpamAssassin
score file. There's about a dozen of them. (You can't put them too
high, because the HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_* rules can show up in legitimate
email: people sending family pictures around, etc.)
