This was not my problem, but testing this did help me find it.

During a past upgrade, I must have forgotten to transfer the line
$recipient_delimiter = '+';

Thus, all my lists, which are delivered to a plussed address, were no
longer being processed with the same policy as my non-plussed address,
and this caused great confusion on my part. Bumping the logging level up
to 5 for a few seconds helped me identify this.

The coincidence of messages to the plussed address coming from addresses
which are also in @score_sender_maps completely threw me off.
