During a past upgrade, I must have forgotten to transfer the line $recipient_delimiter = '+'; Thus, all my lists, which are delivered to a plussed address, were no longer being processed with the same policy as my non-plussed address, and this caused great confusion on my part. Bumping the logging level up to 5 for a few seconds helped me identify this. The coincidence of messages to the plussed address coming from addresses which are also in @score_sender_maps completely threw me off.
