No. Could be wrong but it appears SpamAssassin is broken. Get a sample
mail (something other than the gtube), feed it to spamassassin in debug
mode as the amavis user and capture the output for study:

su amavis -c 'spamassassin -tD< email.txt >/var/lib/amavis/0.log 2>&1 &'
wait about 40 seconds, then:
less /var/lib/amavis/0.log

See if it comes up with a zero score there (and look for any other errors
of course).
