You seem to have enabled syslog, which defaults to mail.info. Check your 
maillogs for amavis instances.

Note the commented line "Log file (if not using syslog). If you want to 
use syslog and log to a special amavis logfile, you will need to take a 
look at the syslog.conf settings. Change the $SYSLOG_LEVEL variable to 
meet your needs, reload amavisd and see if that helps.

(man 5 syslog.conf or something similar)
