Debug looked Ok. I have seen where a new install will show no hits
because the messages simply triggered no rules (and Bayes has not
learned enough to be used yet).
Send a message through with nothing on the subject (so it should hit a
subject missing rule) and also send a message through using the gtube
string. http://spamassassin.apache.org/gtube/

For Debian Sarge you also might consider upgrading spamassassin
to 3.1.x via sarge-backports. If you do, don't forget to edit
v310.pre and enable DCC if you are license compliant (and you use it).
