The syntax looks fine. Does the domain really match the recipient
address (perhaps virtual alias mapping by MTA modified it)?

And what do you mean by 'still being filtered'?
The spam_lovers ensures mail gets delivered despite being spam,
but it does not prevent adding spam tags (X-Spam-* header fields,
modified Subject, adding address extensions).
