Possible, but then you end up with a setup pretty much equivalent
to spamd, so you could just as well do a spamc/spamd.
I'm trying to avoid duplicating functionality that is already
available with a baseline SA setup. I won't be adding configuration
options and features that only work with single recipient messages.

It would probably involve much restructuring, and since the majority
of baseline SA users are invoking spamc/spamd at a mailbox delivery stage,
there is probably not much interest to generalize the API.
