Seems you have both main log reports enabled, the per-message one 
($log_templ), as well as the by-recipient log entry ($log_recip_templ).
Somehow these two disagree on what to put as a main contents category.
If the message has multiple recipient this would be easier to explain.
It seems that you have a kill_level set to 0, which might offer
an explanation, but you will have to tell:
- which version of amavisd-new?
- do you have anything assigned to $log_templ or $log_recip_templ
  in amavisd.conf, which would be different from a default?
