I`ve solved this with procmail

In amavisd.conf:

$final_spam_destiny       = D_PASS;

In procmailrc:

DEFAULT=$HOME/Maildir/
COMSAT=no
VERBOSE=no

:0
* ^X-Spam-Level: \*\*\*\*\*
$DEFAULT/.Spam/
