For FreeBSD ports dependency the p5-Net-Server>=0.93 is just about
right, the 0.93 fixed the 0.91/0.92 issues with STDIN and STDOUT,
and ports are normally rather frequently and collectively updated,
so the requirement would not bother anyone.

I'll try to find out why 0.90 breaks, and fix the new amavisd code,
there is probably no good reason why amavisd-new could not work with
0.87 or later.
