It seems you have enabled one of the new SA320 plugins Rule2XSBody in one of the .pre files, perhaps by uncommenting the: loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Rule2XSBody in v320.pre. See man Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Rule2XSBody and check comments in its code. Its pre-requisite seems to be to run sa-compile. I have no experience with this plugin, never tried it. Further questions about it should probably go to SA list. In cases like this, always check with a command line SA utility: # su vscan -c 'spamassassin -t -D <0.msg' first, and if that complains as well, go ahead and bother SA folks.
