The Bat! is a popular and powerful MUA. http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/ Because it has many powerful features beyond those of your typical mail client, it may occasionally be abused by spammers. This is unfortunate because a lot of regular people use it too, so I'm not sure it's fair to target it as strictly a spammer tool.
