-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Yes, after an update amavisd and even spamasassin was not working anymore. There was something wrong with my rpm-based Perl 5.8.8 installation on a Fedora Core 6 machine.
I have tried a long time to fix perl, but I could not find out what's the problem. Finally I have disabled the complete perl-folder by renaming it, have downloaded perl as a sourcefile from perl.org and have made a new installation of perl. Now everything is working fine. I have decided to do it in that way because on my other machinen (FC 7) perl was broken too.
