Not directly provided by amavisd. You could use amavisd interface to an external mail sanitizer - current examples are geared towards altermime, but in principle it can be any program that takes a mail on a file, modifies it, and prepares result on another file. I'm not aware of any that would do what you are asking for, perhaps others have suggestions.
