Sorry to disappoint you, but it is not configurable. You may
modify code in sub add_forwarding_header_edits_per_recip.

Perhaps the closest to your needs is X-Amavis-Alert header field
(inserted by this same subroutine), which tells which viruses
were detected in a message.
