There is currently no mechanism to let amavisd do the unpacking and format conversions before passing mail to SpamAssassin. Its decoders only serve to prepare files to be scanned by virus scanners. Adding a rtf-to-html converter to the set of other converters (for virus scanners) would be possible, but probably of little value. It would probably be more suitable to add the converter to SpamAssassin directly, and in this case the SA 'users' mailing list would be more appropriate forum.
